more about the new RESPA changes made effective under the passage of the
Dodd-Frank bill which regulates all consumer credit financing including
mortgage loans. New forms, processes,
procedures and enforcement authorities will significantly impact the title and
settlement arena even more than the RESPA Reform of 2010.
