fraud continues to be a problem plaguing the real estate market recovery.
According to the FBI, since 2003, mortgage fraud activity has increased more
than 12 times the in less than 10 years. Learn more about the types of
mortgage fraud schemes, investigations by law enforcement as well as federal
and state statutes which address it.
Pricing Registration per person is $40 for members and $75 for non-members.

Cancellations received before November 8, 2012 will receive a credit towards a future event, less a $20 processing fee. Refunds will not be available for cancellations received after November 8, 2012.
Continuing Education OLTA has applied for 1.0 CIE Title Credit Hour and 1.0 CIE Ethics Credit Hour from the Ohio Department of Insurance. Participants may request 1.0 hour of title insurance OR title ethics credit. Additionally, OLTA has applied for 1.0 hour of CLE credit from the Supreme Court of Ohio. OLTA will only accept National Producer Numbers (NPN) for Continuing Insurance Education credit. We cannot accept social security numbers or license numbers. Requirements for Continuing Legal Education credit have not changed. You are still required to provide your Attorney Registration Number to receive credit.
