Operating a title agency has changed significantly
in the last few years, from recent and future regulatory changes from the
Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to third-party vetting of title agents to
changes in business practices and sources of business. This webinar will take a
look at all of these issues and discuss the title agent’s value proposition,
pre-emptive strikes and action steps to address these challenges.
Pricing Registration per person is $40 for members and $75 for non-members.
Additional attendees from the same office are just $30 for members and $50 for non-members. If you do not wish to register on-line, you may download the registration form and mail or fax in with your payment. Webinar Instructions will be e-mailed approximately one week prior to the webinar.
Cancellations received before November 30, 2012 will receive a credit towards a future event, less a $20 processing fee. Refunds will not be available for cancellations received after November 30, 2012.
Continuing Education OLTA has applied for 1.0 CIE Title Credit Hour
from the Ohio Department of Insurance and has applied for 1.0 hour of CLE
credit from the Supreme Court of Ohio.
OLTA will only accept National Producer Numbers (NPN) for Continuing Insurance Education credit. We cannot accept social security numbers or license numbers. To find your NPN, visit http://www.sircon.com/ and select Ohio from the state drop down menu. You may also find your NPN number through http://www.insurance.ohio.gov/Pages/default.aspx under Quick Links/Agent/Agency Locator on the left side of the page.
Requirements for Continuing Legal Education credit have not changed. You are still required to provide your Attorney Registration Number to receive credit.
