The Ohio Land Title Association invites your company to participate in the 2018 Annual Convention. Your organization’s support allows OLTA to focus its efforts on providing the best educational, social and networking opportunities possible in our industry! Supporting OLTA is an opportunity to put your company and its services in front of hundreds of professionals of the title industry. The 109th OLTA Annual Convention will be held in Columbus, Ohio, at The Marriott Columbus, September 13-14, 2018. Join us in building a stronger title industry and a stronger association.
$600 member/$700 non-member for Thursday OR $900 member/$1000 non-member for Thursday and Friday. Includes: table, 2 chairs and a trashcan. Display space will be limited to the tabletop.
Each tabletop includes one registration. Additional registrations can be purchased for $299 for members and $385 for non-members before August 31 and $345 for members and $450 for non-members. On site registration is $360 for members and $465 for non-members.
Exhibit Space Reservation Deadline for Annual Convention: August 31, 2018.
Exhibitors can set up as early as 6:00 am on September 13. If you are exhibiting both days, tear down is Noon on September 14. If you are only exhibiting on Thursday, tear-down is after 5:00 pm
In return for your company’s support the OLTA is pleased to offer:
• Company name and logo printed on sponsored item (if applicable)
• Company name and logo listed on signage at sponsored event (if applicable)
• Company name and logo listed on signage in the registration area
• Company name and logo on donor list to appear in an upcoming 2018 issue of Title Topics and in e-mail blasts
• Company announced at Annual Convention Opening Session
• A contact list of all attendees when the meeting has ended
• A drop-in in the attendee tote (subject to OLTA approval)
If you are interested in distributing promotional materials, marketing pieces, give-a-ways, etc. at attendees’ seats during the Annual Convention, there will be a charged fee of $500 per piece. The OLTA does not allow the distribution of materials at the Spring Seminar or Annual Convention without permission. Any materials distributed without OLTA’s consent will be disposed.
Credit cards payments can only be made online. Payment by check can be made using the Exhibit Space and Sponsorship Reservation Form in the 2018 OLTA Annual Convention Prospectus.
Exhibit reservation forms must be received by August 31, 2018. Exhibit space may not be available if received after that date.
All notices of exhibit space cancellation must be submitted to Management in writing and will be officially dated when received by Management. Cancellations may be accepted at the sole discretion of Management. A $100 processing fee will apply to all cancellations regardless of cancellation date. Under all circumstances, Management retains the right to sell any space cancelled by exhibitor. No contract may be cancelled and no refunds issued after August 31, 2018.
